LEGAL COUNSEL
I am a father of three with family roots in the northern Transmontana region of Portugal, but I was born and raised in the Algarve. I studied law at the University of the Minho in Braga and after graduating returned to the Algarve where I practice law with a focus on real estate law, management law and personal data protection. In 2020 I joined the Fine & Country Algarve team where I coordinate all legal matters for the company. I am also the main point of contact for the company with the government bodies that regulate real estate activity. I am a qualified Data Protection Officer, a member of the Portuguese Bar (Ordem dos Advogados) and of the Association of Young Portuguese Lawyers (ANJAP).
